Reference data
Reference tables, assembled because these figures are not collected anywhere in one place.
The figures that matter most for lactoferrin sit scattered across individual papers, usually quoted onward without the method that produced them. A concentration measured by ELISA is not directly comparable to one measured by radial immunodiffusion, and the two are routinely presented side by side as though they were.
Tables here carry the method alongside every number, and link to the source for each row. They are free to reuse with attribution.

This page reports published research. It is general information, not medical advice, and not a recommendation to take anything. Lactoferrin supplements are derived from cow's milk and are unsuitable for anyone with a milk protein allergy. Anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, treating an infant, or managing a diagnosed condition should speak to a clinician first.
